Cultural Developement

In the context of its missions, Trans Consult International emphasises a company’s cultural dimension so that it can be recognised as a living heritage.

An art and painting lover, Arnaud Marion’s interest in a company stems from its cultural or patrimonial dimension. No wonder then that Trans Consult International’s clients are frequently distinguished by a long, often prestigious and sometimes mythical history: the Martiniquais Fabre-Domergue group is 400 years old, Pleyel pianos 200 years old, Le Progrès de la Gendarmerie Nationale [The Advancement of the National Gendarmerie] 110 years old, Hamm 98 years old, Pleyel Hall 80 years old and The Lido 60 years old...

Arnaud Marion has developed his expertise beyond national frontiers by intervening during missions abroad in highly varied areas, notably cultural.

He is a member of the National Committee of Living Heritage Businesses created in 2006 by the Ministry for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses, Trade, the Craft Industry and the Liberal Professions.

Arnaud Marion was the impetus behind an "artistic signature" in the renovation of Pleyel Hall by requesting Galerie Maeght and the artist Marco Del Re to create the original frescos which today decorate the new foyer and which were the beneficiary of Hubert Martigny’s patronage.

This passion for culture and knowledge has also renown through his teaching of finance at Sciences Po in the past and through his various publications:
  • a history book on the Pleyel story, "Pleyel, une histoire tournée vers l’avenir" [Pleyel, a history turned towards the future], published by Éditions de la Martinière in December 2005
  • a work on the architecture and aesthetic of Pleyel Hall, "La Salle Pleyel, lieu de modernité" [Pleyel Hall, place of modernity], published in October 2006 by Éditions de la Martinière
  • a special edition of the prestigious journal, Connaissance des Arts, on Pleyel Hall, published in September 2006 at the time the hall was re-opened.

Arnaud Marion is also responsible for joint productions and partnerships for the production of classical music CDs and DVDs. He works today with the firm ART DAM, a subsidiary of Trans Consult International, on cultural, artistic, photographic and audiovisual projects.
