Restructuring


Whether it is expressed in terms of staff, organisation or strategy, restructuring imposes itself rapidly upon a company beset by a crisis.

Trans Consult International is an operational partner in restructurings:
  • "partner" because it chooses, in consultation with a company’s usual advisors, a course of action that is in keeping with the situation and its specificities,
