Trans Consult International was created at the end of 2001 in response to an observation made by its founder, Arnaud Marion: that shareholders beset by difficulties do not find the operational assistance necessary to turn their businesses around amongst the existing consultancy solutions.
An atypical, 20-year career has enabled Arnaud Marion to handle complex and difficult problems and intervene in crisis situations.
He intervened during the crash of October 1987 in the trading rooms for an American consulting firm before joining a prestigious group where he managed a merchant bank confronted with the difficulties of the 1990s real estate crisis. He afterwards managed, turned around and advised numerous industrial, banking and service concerns.
Trans Consult International is a top-level firm specialising in the operational management of crises, strategic analysis, restructurings and negotiations. An innovative partner working "to order" for its clients (mainly shareholders, investors, banks and creditors), Trans Consult International, alongside the usual advisors (lawyers, auditors, consultants, chartered accounts) of companies experiencing difficulties, dedicates itself to:
Trans Consult International assures the confidentiality of its files, guarantees the expertise of its collaborators and places its operational capacities for intervention and action at the disposal of its principals.
In the conduct of its missions, the firm relies on the in-house abilities of the companies concerned. Its highly complementary staff is intentionally limited in a concern for efficiency, cohesion and rigour.
