Stimulation in 2002 of the prestigious brand of pianos after an initial restructuring plan; closure of the factory in Alès in 2007 in order to move it back to Saint-Denis, historic birthplace of Pleyel pianos, without an industrial dispute.
Pleyel Hall:
Renovation and financing of the mythical hall; elaboration of an innovative financial package allowing the Ministry for the Arts to become the owner of the hall in 2056; re-opening of the hall, which has regained its full international standing, in September 2006.
Hamm:
Restructuring, reformatting, making profitable and transfer of the hundred-year-old firm (renowned Parisian retailer of musical instruments).
Le Lido:
Arbitration between shareholders; restructuring of the debt; and strategic analysis of the profitability of the Parisian cabaret.
