Arnaud Marion

Arnaud Marion, expert in crises, restructuration and the change mindset.

Arnaud Marion, aged 50 years old, graduated from Sciences Po Paris in Classics (Lettres Classiques) and started his career in the financial sector at ARTHUR ANDERSEN’s in 1987. In 1990, he created his first company.

He joined the Edmond de Rothschild banking group in Paris, where he handled property management, legal department and special affairs for its subsidiary Banque de l’Eurafrique (Euro-African Bank) and for the holding company Compagnie Financière Saint-Honoré.

In 2001, he created the consultancy TRANS CONSULT INTERNATIONAL, specialised in crises management and restructuration. He works on either complex or emblematic clients, such as Pleyel Pianos, Couach, Voxan, Pleyel Concert Hall, Le Lido, Heuliez, Chantiers Baudet, Hersant Media (Nice Matin and La Provence).

From 2012 to 2016 he successfully worked on DOUX, one of the major receiverships ever seen in France: he became their CEO after elaborating the largest continuation plan ever approved and realised.

In 2014 he created the consultancy MARION & PARTNERS in London, where he lives. He developed his restructuration activity with family offices and worldwide investors.

Throughout his career, Arnaud Marion has worked on 240 companies and has undertaken the role of company representative for 40 of them. He has been a member of the National Committee of Living Heritage Businesses (“EPV” – Entreprises du Patrimoine Vivant) and is the author of 4 books published by the Editions de la Martinière, French art magazine Connaissance des Arts, and Bernard Chauveau Editions.

He has been awarded the Prix de l’Excellence Française (French Excellence Award, or Blue Ribbon) in 2012 for his work on Pleyel, and the Challenges Readers Prize (Prix Ulysses) for the best company restructuring in 2016 for DOUX at the Association for Company Restructuring.
